As a sourdough baker, I focus on natural fermentation, quality ingredients and creating healthy sandwiches using sourdough bread. I started Bengbeng Sourdough from a home-based bakery during the pandemic, and have since grown it into a multi-outlet brand supported by a Halal-certified production kitchen. I am passionate about building a sustainable, community-driven F&B brand that makes healthy eating convenient and more accessible.
